Our Facilities are Aging

Through the years, our district has been able to address many large-ticket items such as roofing and boiler replacement within the regular budget. However, because our buildings are aging and our needs are changing, we’ve identified several areas that require a larger investment than the regular budget allows.

Sugar Camp Office is not connected to main entrance

Our entrances are insufficient for regulating visitor access:

TL Elementary Office is across from entrance vestibule

Visitors enter school before getting to TL District Office

Our student and programming needs have outgrown existing learning environments, and support spaces need updates:

Shared Gym and Cafeteria Space

Our security cameras, card access, and fire alarm systems need updates:

Spec Education Space is Limited

STEM Lab Requires More Space

Bathrooms Need Updates

Our HVAC and plumbing systems are worn and inefficient, and interior/exterior repairs are needed at both buildings:

Classroom Ventilators

Interior Doors

Heating Pumps

Ceilings

Welding Vents

Drainage

Air Handling Units

Exterior Masonry

Deteriorating Track Surface

Poor Field Surface Poses a Safety Hazard

Proximity of Parking Limits Accessibility

Additional parking and restrooms are needed to support student events, and our track and field area needs repairs:

Portable Restrooms
